History
Executives come to me seeking an objective and knowledgeable advisor with whom to engage at key transition points in their career.
I offer coaching services to executives in transition; at specific career junctures; when considering leaving corporate life for the next chapter; or when a sounding board is needed. My approach in my Transition Advisory Services practice has been described as direct, insightful, warm and personalized. My corporate clients ask if I would work with their executives as they are considering retirement, or if their role has changed or been eliminated. Corporate clients value the insight, discretion and deep experience I have demonstrated in working with them over the years. They see a beneficial connection between my search experience and working with an executive during transition junctures.
